Amidst the revving engines and competitive spirit, rally drivers, co-drivers, fans, and officials stepped up to donate blood—resulting in the collection of an impressive 41 litres. This act of generosity and solidarity highlights the deep humanity that exists within the motorsport family.

“We extend our heartfelt appreciation to everyone who participated in the campaign,” said Esther Shantal Kyomugisha, head of media WIM.UG. “From the drivers and co-drivers to the fans who took a moment out of their day to donate your selflessness is truly inspiring. You are the real champions.”

The campaign was made possible through the support of outstanding partners including the Uganda Blood Bank – Kitovu Branch, Worldwide Movers, Nash Rally Team, Uganda Red Cross Society, Rotaract Club of Masaka, Nabugabo Sand Beach, Sumz Snacks, and Together as One Enterprises Ltd. Each partner contributed in meaningful ways through logistics, manpower, outreach, or on-the-ground participation to make this campaign a resounding success.

WIM.UG also extends special gratitude to its members and all women involved in motorsport, who stood together in solidarity to drive this cause forward. Their passion and leadership continue to inspire change both on and off the track.
