Day 1: 10th August 2024
Rally Start point: Kalya Courts Hotel
- 08:30 am: The rally begins at Kalya Courts Hotel. This is where the first car will depart to kick off the day’s events.
Competitive stage1 (CS1) – Harugongo 1
- 08:48 am: The first car is expected to start Harugongo 1. This stage covers a distance of 36.31 km and involves navigating through scenic but challenging roads in Harugongo. It’s an exciting start to the rally as participants tackle this segment.

Service Break at Kyakaigo 30minutes
- 09:18 am: After the first stage, there is a 30-minute service break at Kyakaigo. Teams will use this time for essential car maintenance, refueling, and adjustments to ensure their vehicles are in top condition for the repeat of Harugongo stage.
Competitive stage 2 (CS2) – Harugongo 2
- 10:36 am: The first car will start at Harugongo 2, covering the same 36.31 km distance which will be a repeat of the first stage. Expect a fresh surge of intensity as drivers tackle the stage with renewed vigor.

Super Special Stage 3A – Kyakaigo
- 02:10 pm: The first cars start the Special Stage 3A in Kyakaigo, covering 3.12 km this stage is designed to dazzle with rapid maneuvers and skillful driving.

- 03:54 pm: The action continues with the SuperSpecial Stage 3B, also in Kyakaigo. Covering another 3.12 km Experience the day’s climax with more jaw-dropping speed and precision..

Competitive Stage 4 (CS4) – Mukwano Karmali
